Our history
Commitment and consistency, from father to son.
Martini Carni was founded in 1929 in Boves, in the province of Cuneo, through the hard work of Tommaso Martini. Today Marco carries the family tradition forward, following in his father Michele's footsteps, with an EC-approved abattoir of its own, a plant producing high-quality meat and a modern shop.
Commitment and consistency are still our watchwords today: the same phrase handed down by three generations of butchers.

Three generations
From Tommaso to Marco.

Tommaso, the founder
Tommaso Martini starts the business in Boves. It is the beginning of a family butcher's shop that has never moved from here.

Michele
The second generation takes up the trade and carries it on, keeping the bond with the area and with the farms nearby.

Marco, at the helm
Marco Martini follows in his father's footsteps and personally oversees the whole chain: the EC-approved abattoir, the processing plant and the shop.
Our philosophy
Everything under the same control.
Abattoir, processing plant and shop are part of the same company. That is why we can answer for every step: from how the animal is raised to how the cut reaches the counter.
